"Good post, Jordan! I really like how you started your post with a brief summary and then defined cyberbullying. You're very right, it is becoming too common and accepted. The more young people that are given access to technology, the more…"

"Good post, Lydia! I like how you started your post by explaining some real world situations that most people have witnessed or been apart of. You had a really good approach of how to deal with the situation if you were the coach/teacher. I think…"

"Good post, Emily! Really great point and inference that the situation must have been pretty serious if the teacher was informed about it already. And it can definitely effect how well they play as a team and individually. Every type of bullying can…"

"Hi Emily, I like your point about bystanders stepping in. No one should feel alone and isolated, especially in this kind of circumstance! I feel like Ms. Wheeler could have done a better job of reaching out to Tanisha by letting her know that…"

"I wish something more could be done in the fight against cyberbullying too. I feel that the first step is with the parents and teachers. Teachers using social media sites in classrooms need to monitor their student's activity and set a standard…"

Case 35 Web Post

This weeks case really hit home for me. It's about bullying and cyberbullying between members of a volleyball team. The older girls from the team are harassing the younger girls in a way that can't be monitored very well by teachers or parents due to it being online. Cyberbullying is the most pathetic form of bullying, in my opinion, and I wish there was more that could be done to protect people from it. The school psychologist was spot on by her analyzation on factors and reasons for people to…See More

"Great post, Arielle! I really like how you worded your post, it made me think deeper into the meanings behind what Mrs. Wright was actually putting together. You're right, she did a pretty good job at merging the two worlds of technology but…"

"Good post, Emily! I found this post a little less difficult, but I can easily see how you could see it as difficult because it has both good and bad aspects to it. I agree that it would be a good idea for Mrs. Wright to look for other softwares that…"
