Teachers and Students Collaborating Worldwide
Aaron Holland has worked as an academic advisor for three years. He began his career in higher education as an admissions recruiter for USF. He also held positions in the private sector and at Hillsborough Community College. Prior to his current position he worked in the Office of Multicultural Affairs as a Graduate Assistant.
He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal and Organization Communication and his Master of Education in College Student Affairs. Both degrees are from USF.
In addition to advising responsibilities he is the representative in the College of Education for the TEACH Grant and is the primary contact for the Florida Fund for Minority Teachers scholarship program. He also has spearheaded the recruitment/marketing effort for the new STEM Middle Grades education majors.
Aaron enjoys working out, golf and is trying to learn the Ukulele. He lives in Tampa with his wife Holly, and their two sons, Cade 5 and Mason 9 months.
